Terms of Service – IntroductionFor this document:"I" refers to Envillien_Backstage, the artist and designer of all adoptables."Adoptables" or "Adopts" refer to any character design created by me. I will use "they/them" pronouns when referring to them as a product."Owner" refers to the person who holds the rights to use an Adopt, whether acquired through direct purchase, resale, trade, or gift.
Terms of Service
1. Usage Rights
Adoptables are for personal use only unless commercial rights are purchased through Auto-Buy 2 (AB2) or directly from me.My signature/watermark must remain on the artwork unless you have legally acquired commercial rights.2. Reselling & Trading
You cannot resell an Adopt unless it has at least two additional art pieces.You cannot resell at a higher price unless the previous condition is met.Toyhouse Restriction: The character must remain on Toyhouse. If removed, I have the right to reclaim it at no cost.Scam Policy: Using the character for scams (on or off Toyhouse) will result in immediate reclamation of the character at no cost.3. Redesigns & Commercial Use
You may redesign the character, but must credit me as the original designer.If you originally acquired the character without commercial rights and wish to purchase them, you must contact me to discuss it.Commercial Rights Apply Only To:The original design as sold by me.Any artwork I personally created for the character.Commercial Rights Do NOT Cover:Redesigns made by you or others.Any additional artwork created by other artists (separate agreements must be made with them).4. Additional Terms
I reserve the right to refuse selling commercial rights for any reason.Owning a character/design from me does not imply my support for or connection to the owner’s actions.Blacklist Policy: Do not sell or trade my designs to blacklisted users. If I become aware of such a transaction, you will also be blacklisted.
